A Successful Business Has A Responsibility To Give Back.

Wingman was built in the GTA, by people who grew up and work in this community. We believe a business that does well in its community owes something back to it.

Why community matters to us.

There's a difference between corporate philanthropy and genuine community involvement. We're not interested in the first. We're interested in the second.
For us, that means choosing initiatives that connect to where we work, who we work with, and what we can offer beyond a financial donation. We're an IT services company: that means our most valuable contribution isn't always a cheque. Sometimes it's our time, our expertise, or our network.
The community we work in is the community we owe.

Where we focus our community work.

For Wingman, giving back is essential to who we are. Its causes we genuinely care about, and a commitment to support them consistently, year after year.

Supporting SickKids.

Every year, Wingman donates to The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation (SickKids), one of the most important pediatric institutions in Canada. The work SickKids does for families across the country goes far beyond the hospital walls, and we’re proud to contribute to it in the ways we can.

Holiday Helpers.

Each holiday season, Wingman supports Holiday Helpers — an organization that makes the holidays brighter for low-income families across the GTA by providing gifts, clothing, and essentials to children and parents who would otherwise go without. It’s a cause our founders feel strongly about: no family in our community should be left out of the holidays because of circumstance.

Want to partner with us on something?

If your organization is doing meaningful work in the GTA and you think there’s a way Wingman could support it, we’d love to hear from you.
