A Team Worth Building A Career With.

The kind of team that makes good work possible. Honest communicators. Real ownership. Respect for the client and the craft.

The qualities that matter most.

There’s no single profile that fits every role at Wingman. But across every role we hire for, a few qualities matter more than anything else on a résumé:

Ownership.

You finish what you start. You don't pass problems around. You take responsibility for the outcome, not just the task.

Curiosity.

The technology landscape is changing fast, especially with AI. The people who thrive here are the ones who stay curious, ask good questions, and keep learning.

Communication.

You can explain technical work in plain language. You write clearly. You return messages. You don't disappear on people.

Respect.

For clients. For colleagues. For the work we do together. If those qualities describe you, we'd love to hear from you.

Not currently hiring.

We don’t have open roles posted right now. But we’re always interested in hearing from talented IT professionals who connect with our values.
